Where Lucy is licensed

Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. Georgia is home base and the bulk of the work. If your property is in a state not on this list, she cannot originate your loan — and she will tell you that on the first call rather than after you have sent documents.

What this site is not

Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend, an offer to extend credit, or a loan approval. Every figure shown anywhere here is an estimate for illustration only, and every program has eligibility rules that depend on your credit, income, the property and the specific lender. Rates, terms and program availability change, and they change without notice.

This site deliberately publishes no interest rates. A rate figure on a static page is out of date almost immediately, and a stale rate is worse than no rate. For a real number that reflects your actual file, call.

Government programs

Lucy is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Federal Housing Administration, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, or any other government agency. VA, FHA and USDA loans are loans made by private lenders and guaranteed or insured by those agencies. Program rules are set by the agencies, not by Lucy, and eligibility is determined by them.

Equal Housing Opportunity

EDGE Home Finance Corporation is an Equal Housing Lender. We do business in accordance with the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and it is illegal to discriminate in the making of a residential mortgage loan on the basis of race, colour, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, age, marital status, or because all or part of your income comes from a public assistance programme.

If you believe you have been discriminated against, you have the right to complain. Contact the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, or the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Needs review

This page is written to be accurate and plain, but it is not legal advice and it has not been reviewed by EDGE Home Finance's compliance team. Before launch, EDGE should confirm the required disclosure wording and whether they mandate specific language or placement — brokerages usually do, and theirs overrides anything written here.
